How to Download and Install a Valentine’s Day Wallpaper to Your iPhone:
When you find the Valentine’s Day wallpaper that’s just right for you, simply download to your phone by holding or long pressing on any image and click the “Save to Photos” option from the popup. Then, go to your Photos, click the upload button, and scroll down and select “Use as Wallpaper”.
Important: When the photo fills your screen, it will likely be zoomed in, so you’ll want to use your thumb and forefinger to zoom out by placing in opposite corners and pinching them together. (Be careful, though – if you zoom all the way out, the top part of your wallpaper switches to a soft focus, so zoom back in slightly to avoid this.) Then click “Add” at top of screen, and “Set as Wallpaper Pair”.
